- Weather wrapped.
- Tempered insulated glass
- Cedar tongue and groove siding.
- Oil-based stain and sealant used on cedar.
- Metal roofing.
Interior Details:
- Cedar tongue and groove interior.
- Vinyl flooring.
- Twin-size bed space that doubles as a sauna bench.
- Wood storage box.
Amenities:
- Wood-fired stove (Cubic Mini Grizzly wood stove).
- Solar system: 200 amp hour 12.8 V batteries, 2000 watt AC inverter, 60 amp charge controller, and 400 watts of solar panels on roof.
- IceCo refrigerator (solar system powered).
- Air conditioning unit 1850 BTU (solar system powered).
- LED lighting (solar system powered).
- A seperate storage area with pull-out drawers.
The build is fully insulated, water tight, winter tested (in the rainy PNW), and fully constructed using top-of-the-line material choices.
